Hi- Tech Label Industries is one of the pioneers in this industry and its history dates back to the year India got her Independence. Hi-Tech was the first Indian company, which began production of silk ribbons as early as the year 1947. Those were the times, when Coventry, the second largest city after Birmingham, was already famous for its silk weaving. Skilled jacquard weavers had settled there and soon thousands of local people were employed in this cottage industry. We replicated the same story here in India. While the workers owned their own jacquard looms and the company like other merchants, distributed the yarn for them to weave in their homes. A fixed price was paid for each finished piece.

However, the company fast outgrew this system and became the factory masters. Gradually, in 1980's, we diversified further switching to the production of narrow frilling to Victorian silk commemoratives and lotterly to woven labels and laces with which garment manufacturers could identify their products.

Design Service
We offer a free design service to our customers. Our in-house artists develop concepts to match our customers specifications. Sample design is available on request. The CAD system allow us to replicate or alter any logo, reducing production lead time considerably.

For woven labels and badge designs our artists produce artwork for customers’ approval or we work from original artwork. On receipt of a firm order, a woven sample is produced for approval. Delivery time is quoted once details of design, size, colors and quantity are known.

Value Addition
The company has the facility of end fold labels, seal cut labels, meter fold labels, filling labels and self adhesive labels. We use imported machines from M/s Willy Italiana (Italy).
